This stretching class is based on the methods of Stretch Therapy™, Hong Kong Exercise Stretching Association & Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
Priscilla can offer modifications for beginners through to advanced students. Each session will cover some gentle stretches and a specific area of focus, such as Front Splits, Side Splits and Back Bends. It will help to reduce whole body tension, increasing your flexibility and range of motion in daily life.
WAKE UP EXERCISE
Priscilla is the creator of this exercise. She combines Somatics, Bones for Life, Meridian Lines, energy flow and her experience in communicating with her own body to create this Wake Up Exercise. This is an exercise to activate the original function of the body’s muscles without giving them the conscious instructions.
Nobody teaches their children to walk by telling them to contract their abdominal muscles, glutes, or quads etc. The body’s muscles should work without your instruction. Wake Up Exercise is here to “awaken” your muscles to work by themselves through simple movements, touching massage, etc. It helps to prevent injuries, decompression of joints, increase body awareness and energy flow and so on. It is suitable for most people, even children and the elderly.
A strengthening exercise class which will help you to improve your functional movement. The blueprint of this class is based on Pilates, strengthening and cardio exercises redesigned by Priscilla. It helps you to activate the right muscles to create balance in the body as a whole. This class will help to make you stronger and move with much less effort. Perfect for those who want to sweat, increase strength and get their body into shape.
